God Of War Ragnarök 200$ Collector's Edition's are missing the game

It looks like some copies of the God Of War Ragnarök Collector's Edition are being shipped without the promised copy of the game and the fancy steelbook display case. Some consumers have been reporting that their expensive collector's editions have been arriving without the steelbook display case or game code to download the game. The steel bookcase doesn't come with a physical copy of the game so it is just an empty display box. However, other issues are also being reported with some editions containing two codes for the same in-game cosmetics instead of a game code. Unlucky buyers have taken to Twitter about the problem and apparently lack of response from Sony about this issue. The HelpUsSMS account has also explained that the PlayStation Support Twitter account is no longer responding to complaints and there's no email support option for affected consumers. Anyone trying to get the problem fixed will need to call PlayStation support or wait for an online chat operator to become available.
