If League of Legends Champions were in Dungeons and Dragons

love League of Legends. That shouldn’t be a shock to anyone, as I’ve sunk over a decade into the game. However, another game I adore is Dungeons & Dragons, as anyone familiar with my content on Twitch would know. Whilst working on some new D&D content for Robot Republic (keep your peepers open), I decided to do something I vastly enjoy; transposing characters from other franchises into D&D playable classes.

There are some caveats with all of this:

• Not all characters will get them, as some monster characters don’t fit the race mould that is existing in D&D.

• Yordles will be treated as gnomes.

• This is just for fun, and if you have something you think is a better fit, talk about it in the comments!

• Some of these are self-explanatory, so I won’t be giving a description for all of them.

With that being said, let’s dive in!

Aatrox, The Darkin Blade - Fighter (Battle Master)

Ahri, The Nine-Tailed Fox - Wizard (Enchantment)

Her charm abilities line more up with this Wizard subclass than the Bard.

Akali, The Rogue Assassin - Rogue (Assassin)

Akshan, The Rogue Sentinel - Rogue (Scout)

This one was tricky, but his stealth and infiltration themes fit this class a little better.

Alistar, The Minotaur - Barbarian (Beast)

Amumu, The Sad Mummy - Cleric (Death)

His necromantic nature works well with this subclass, and his tankiness fits a Cleric.

Annie, The Dark Child - Druid (Wildfire)

It’s a stretch, but imagine Tibbers being her flaming Wild Shape and it kinda works.

Aphelios, Weapon of the Faithful - Warlock (Celestial)

He derives his power from the moon, and his weapons could be considered Spells.

Ashe, the Frost Archer - Ranger (Beast Master w/ Companion)

Azir, the Emperor of the Sands - Wizard (Necromancy)

He resurrected his empire shortly after he Ascended.

Bard - Bard (Creation)

Brand, the Burning Vengeance - Wizard (Evocation)

Braum, the Heart of the Freljord - Paladin (Devotion)

Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover - Rogue (Inquisitive)

Camille, the Steel Shadow - Rogue (Mastermind)

Corki, the Daring Bombardier - Artificer (Artillerist)

Darius, the Hand of Noxus - Paladin (Crown)

Diana, Scorn of the Moon - Rogue (Assassin)

Dr. Mundo, the Madman of Zaun - Barbarian (Berserker)

Draven, the Glorious Executioner - Fighter (Champion)

Ekko, the Boy Who Shattered Time - Wizard (Chronurgy)

A difficult one to do, but imagine he’s in his Water Elemental form.

Garen, the Might of Demacia - Paladin (Crown)

Gnar, the Missing Link - Barbarian (Beast)

Gragas, the Rabble Rouser - Monk (Drunken Master)

Graves, the Outlaw - Fighter (Gunslinger)

Gwen, the Hallowed Seamstress - Warlock (Hexblade)

Enchanted scissors can function in the Hexblade way.

Heimerdinger, the Revered Inventor - Artificer (Artillerist)

Illaoi, the Kraken Priest - Warlock (Great Old One)

Irelia, the Blade Dancer - Wizard (Blade Singer)

She is more of a fighter but Blade Singer fits too well.
